Pinny started his first business at the age of 13, and has never looked back. Pinny brings to his position a wealth of experience in several fields, including marketing, business strategy, and consumer behavior. With his academic background in psychology and 10 years of hands-on marketing work, Pinny uses battle-ready tactics to secure success during each project. Whether the client is a national brand or a one man start-up, Pinny delivers formidable passion and professionalism.

Matthew Salmon

Matthew Salmon is wise beyond his years. Having a background in finance and economics and five years experience in commercial finance, Matthew brings his deep knowledge of small business’s needs and fuses it with his high energy and pro-active approach for success. Adam has years of experience in web application development and seeks to leverage out of the box thinking and solid problem solving skills to build solutions that are both feature rich and scalable.

Flash Designer

Vicky has been working with flash for many years, and has a simple sophistication to her designs that results in elegance. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Vicky spent her childhood taking art classes and making crafts. After moving to the United States, Vicky discovered a new media - Digital Arts.

Adam Kaluzshner
Account Executive

Adam has worked with the education, manufacturing, and design industries. He is the newest addition to the team, but don’t let that fool you - his deep knowledge of psychology, knack for creativity, and attention to detail enable him to communicate effectively with clients and guide them through the process of moving their business in a new direction. He spends his free time reading, writing music and poetry, playing sports, tutoring, and teaching music.

Having incorporated his first company at 20 James has spent the last 15 yrs fine tuning his passion for business. With backgrounds in sales, marketing & advertising and business development he continually learns to keep pace with current technology and methodologies. Being an early adopter has given James the ability to better navigate spaces and a keen insight into emerging trends. With a vast network of professional contacts and associates he strives to deliver end value to projects and clients. Adding further value as a creative and programmer James offers a well rounded skill set to achieve high level results.
